BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES RELEASES FROM YOU TO THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND LIMITATIONS OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE PRIZE. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. SWEEPSTAKES ONLY AVAILABLE TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Alzati Co is offering the “2026 Electro & Co ETM RTR Lite E-Bike Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules (“Official Rules”), and by entering, entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by them and the decisions of Alzati Co, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of, and physically located within, the United States who are at least sixteen (16) years of age at the time of entry. NOT VALID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES, AND VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Employees, officers, agents, representatives, and members of the immediate families (parents, spouses, siblings, children, grandparents, step-parents, step-children, step-siblings, and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household, whether or not related) of Alzati Co, Electro & Co, and their affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, participating promotional partners, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters, and any company involved in the creation, design, execution, production, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible.

All entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules and not disqualified or void are considered “Eligible Entries.” All entries become the property of Alzati Co.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Entrants are responsible for determining the corresponding time zone in their respective jurisdictions. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified.

3. TWO WAYS TO ENTER

ENTRY VIA PURCHASE

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 USD spent on eligible merchandise purchased through Sponsor’s online store located at www.alzati.co.

The number of entries received will be based on the list price of the eligible purchase, excluding discounts, sales tax, and shipping charges, and rounded up to the nearest whole dollar.

If a purchase is returned prior to the drawing, all entries associated with that purchase will be voided. All purchases remain subject to Sponsor’s return policy.

To receive entries through a purchase, the purchase transaction must be completed by 11:59 PM PT on July 31, 2026, and the entrant must consent to participation in the Sweepstakes.

There is no limit to the number of entries that may be received through purchases.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY – FREE METHOD OF ENTRY

Eligible individuals may enter without making a purchase by completing the official entry form located at:

during the Promotion Period.

All required fields must be completed to be eligible. Each completed form submission earns one (1) entry.

There is no limit to the number of free entries that may be submitted during the Promotion Period.

Entries received through the free method of entry have the same odds of winning as entries received through purchases.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes unless the entrant expressly consents to additional uses.

Automated entries, bulk submissions, entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automated means are prohibited and void.

Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, forged, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise non-compliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, defects, delays, or undeliverable communications.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of Eligible Entries received.

4. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) 2026 Electro & Co ETM RTR Lite E-Bike

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,499.00

The Prize will be awarded “AS IS” without any warranty except those provided directly by the manufacturer.

No cash redemption, transfer, or substitution of the Prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, registration fees, title fees, licensing fees, insurance, and any other expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about August 5, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

The potential winner will be notified within three (3) business days following the drawing via email and/or telephone.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release.

If a potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted;

• Fails to respond within five (5) calendar days;

• Fails to complete required documentation;

• Is found ineligible; or

• Otherwise forfeits the Prize,

• Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining Eligible Entries.

The process may continue until a winner is confirmed.

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that once the Prize has been delivered to the winner, Sponsor (Alzati Co), Electro & Co, and all Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any injury, accident, illness, loss, claim, death, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, operation, transportation, maintenance, or use of the Prize.

The winner assumes all risks associated with ownership and use of the Prize upon receipt.

7. GRANT OF RIGHTS

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use Entrant’s name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, photographs, videos, statements, and other identifying information for advertising, publicity, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. GENERAL TERMS

By entering, Entrant:

(a) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor;

(b) agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; and

(c) releases and holds harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, force majeure events, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

9. PRIVACY

All information submitted by Entrants will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices.

Personal information may be stored on servers located within the United States and used for administration of the Sweepstakes and related communications.

10. BINDING ARBITRATION

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS in the State of California.

Entrants waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

11. GOVERNING LAW

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. REQUEST FOR WINNER’S NAME AND OFFICIAL RULES

Requests for a copy of the Official Rules or the winner’s name must be received no later than August 31, 2026.
